It is advised to wear for one hour but if you feel tingling or uncomfortable you can remove after using 30 minutes or more. I used it for almost an hour for 5days and after that I feel a little lazy to continue. Not that it’s not effective, but I feels like it’s an additional task for me. Everyday I have to take out an hour to put this on and I cannot drink water when wearing it. Also imagine I came home from work all I want is have dinner, shower and sleep… I find it very easy to wear but to keep it on for an hour is really a bit discomfort. This is because the gel will keep coming out and I have to keep spitting it out.

Now you may ask how long it takes to see the results. Actually you can see the results in first application already and it’s said to last you forever as long as you go for regular dentist check up and avoid taking coffee, tea and other foods that can cause teeth discolouration. It does give result but I dislike wearing it and for 1 hour is quite long… Below you can see my result from first to fifth application. I did skip in one of the days and I also never really stop my coffee..I think i drank once during the days where I did this treatment.

As you can see Day 1, the teeth bottom really whiten alot…. and then towards to Day 2, 3, 4 & 5 the difference is not so prominent. Maybe because I did drink coffee and skip one day of not applying the whitening tray. So the results is there but I wish they can improvise the tray so that the gel doesn’t came off and maybe reduce the wearing time to 30 minutes instead of 1 hour hahaha….

It comes in three different flavour (Peach, Melon, and Mint) and I got the mint one. It does not taste as strong as Darlie toothpaste mint..more like colgates one.. I wanted to try the melon ones the next round…  Opalescence Go is retailed at RM 550 per kit. It is available at all dentist clinics.
