Hey guysss how’s your Deepavali? What did you do yesterday? I woke super early to go market with my dad to get vegetables, meat and seafood to cook… I enjoy cooking alot lately.. I am so happy that finally I have my own house and that I can cook without any interference from my parent hahaha…. but yeah moving out means more commitments and more work too.. I do feel very tiring to handle household all by ourself now but there’s a satisfaction and happy feeling that no words can describe…
Anyway, I have experiment with various type of cuisine and some were successful some were not quite there yet…. On weekday I usually cook Chinese dishes and occasionally I’ll cook pasta on weekday because it’s lesser work to cook that or because we are so bored with Chinese food already. On weekend, I cook western breakfast and also experiment with some new dishes. Usually, we will dine out on weekend nights because we were tired painting and tidying the house. So below are all the food that I have cook in these 4months.

p/s: heavy picture post warning!!and pictures are all taken by my iphone so not very sharp picture ya...

Ravioli is one of my favourite.. These is cheddar cheese with white wine spinach and ricotta ravioli.I got those ravioli from BIG and I want to repurchase for sure…

This was quite recent… We had a very stressful week, so I thought let’s change up the mood… I cook lamb chop with sauteed vegetable. Place a nice candle and add on some flower for a pop of colour.

This is my all time favourite, Claypot Lao Shu Fun. Taste good but need more improvement… I think next round I need to make fish stock soup or chicken stock soup to add in so it has more flavour…
