In this new menu, customers will find Salmon Signature that features an array of Sakae’s all time favourite salmon dishes such as Salmon Sashimi, Hana Maki and Salmon Mentaiyaki as well as their new creations such as Salmon Cheese Roll, Salmon Zukushi, Salmon Treasures and many more. In line with Sakae Sushi’s “farm to table” philosophy, those delectable air-flown fresh Atlantic salmon for a luscious melt-in-the-mouth quality are served.
For all sushi lovers, Sakae Sushi had roll out some pretty enticing new rolls such as Kani Edamame Maki, Spider Roll, Sunshine Maki, Sakae Blossom, and Sumo Roll. It’s just a gist of getting it rolling. There is also not to be missed, are the Fuku and Sachi Sets which offer a sumptuous variety of mouth-watering sushi selections. Using fresh and quality ingredients, those sushi are meticulously prepared to create tempting delights while maintaining it within affordable range for delightful meal. Little is known that since Sakae’s inception in 1997, Sakae is the first and only “kaiten sushi” restaurant that adds Vitamin E into its sushi rice, the essential vitamin for great skin and a better immune system while assuring diners of a hearty and healthy meal at all times.
A new addition to the menu is the use of Nanban sauce in preparing selected dishes to accentuate sumptuous new flavours. The sauce makes for a flavoursome addition with its sweet and sour taste which would appeal to many. Incorporating this special sauce into a series of new dishes under their Agemono and Yakimono category, namely Tori Karaage Nanban, Itoyoridai Katsu Nanban, Salmon Kama-age Nanban and Hotate Nanban Yaki which the colours and presentation itself entices onlookers.
The new menu addition introduces in the Mini Donburi selections which is delightful news for light eaters whom enjoy tasting a variety from different offerings with the combination of all. These mini rice bowls comprise of rice with assorted seafood and meat served with various savoury toppings. There is a total of seven choices of Mini Donburi to select from which comprises of Unatama, Chicken Teriyaki, Beef Kinoko, Curry Katsu, Salmon Ikura, Chrirashi and Kani Fumi.
Besides the chicken, beef and salmon selections, there is other selection of taste with Sakae’s brand new smoked duck series. The succulent smoke duck certainly adds a touch of tantalising enjoyment in the form of traditional rolls, noodles, hot pot (Smoked Kamo Maki, Smoked Kamo Ramen, Smoked Kamo Nabe) and many more. It’s certainly a lip-smacking delight.
For Sakae’s latest addition had also include Veggie Delights section which features a myriad of fresh alternatives such as Trio Soy Salad – a refreshing combination of soy-based veggie comprising soybean, pumpkin & tomato mixed with vegetables. This would certainly appeal to those that want to foray into meat-free options and some greens into the meal.
