Vault’s specialties Spanish Dish along with wide varieties of wines will definitely complete everyone's dining experiences letting you be yourself at our place whenever you want.

Our dinner start off with some Tapas serving. Tapas are snacks, canapés or finger food that originated in Spain. Tapas can be anything from a chunk of tuna, cocktail onion and an olive skewered on a long toothpick, to piping hot meat with sauce served in a miniature clay dish - or anything in between.

First Tapa serving will be my favourite Crispy Calamari, RM 15.00. The calamari are more towards juicy rather than the usual dry type and thus it’s less crunchy and crispy. Nevertheless the spice that they used to prep the calamari really delicious with a slight hint of pepper.

Next tapa is the Roasted Pork Belly, RM 16.00. I give a thumb up for being able to make the fat proportion well balance with the lean meat! I don’t usually eat chunk of fat meats, but this I will!!

Coming up is non other than Fried Chicken Wings, RM 16.00, a famous starter dish for us Malaysians too. Crispy and flavourful. I couldn’t tell the difference between the chicken wings prepared in Spanish way over the Malaysian Way.

Done with Tapas, a plate of salad, Arugula Salad, RM 16.00 is served. Arugula is a type of vegetable that grows in the Mediterranean region. It gives a slight peppery taste and strong leafy green taste. The salad is tossed with Balsamic Vinegar and spread with bacon, grapefruit & bread crumbs. Me and Thomas love the wild taste of this salad.

We also had this Champagne serve all night long. Prosecco Col Solivo Champagne, RM 100. I'm not too good when come to describing wine or champagne, but I love how it can go down smoothly.

The long awaited main course finally comes in. The scrumptious Seafood Marinara, RM 28.00. Generous amount of fresh seafood and the tomato sauce is amazing. It does not taste too sour nor too salty. It’s a mild version and I love every bite of it!!

The spaghetti is definitely Al-Dente!! I will come back for more and it deserve one more picture!!

The owner decide that he would like to stuff us with more seafood. This Prawn & Scallop Aioli, RM 38.00, gives the satisfaction I look for that night. The scallop is huge and juicy sweet! The prawn give a really great aroma of slight burnt and the taste is marvellous! The mash potato is amazingly smooth and soft. Everyone love it and order for extra!

Had enough of seafood, time to move on to meat. A delicate dish of Smoked Duck which is on of the daily special. The duck is slice in a very thin slices and is served cold. Every slice is very soft and tasty.

A huge Marinated Pork Rib, RM 48.00, comes onto our table. The look was great but the taste is a little bit let down. A tad too salty and it’s rather dry for my liking.

I have a high expectation on the Trio Mushroom Soup, RM 12.00. It taste good with all the wild mushroom being grind into the soup but I would love to have slice of mushroom so there is something to chew on too. Also prefer a richer taste of mushroom in the soup.

Another pasta that we had that night was Aglio Olio, RM 18.00. It’s rather too oily and spicy for me.

Our night end with a Mix Sausage Platter, RM 38.00 that consist of Italian Sausage, Spicy Nungarian Sausage, Nuernberger Sausage, Chorizo Sausage & German Pepper Sausage. I prefer the Chorizo as well as the German Pepper sausage. Both give better texture and more chewy. The Nuernberger Sausage taste rather weird to me.
