This is indeed a very cozy place to be at for breakfast with your friends. Me and Pui Mun meet up for a breakfast at this Antipodean Cafe. Being first time visiting Antipodean Cafe we didn’t realize that we need to queue for a table. It took us 20 minutes to settle down with a outdoor table.

More surprise kick when we saw the entire menu is written on the wall and we have to stand and stare at the menu to order our food. The waiter will also be standing beside you to take the order. It must be awkward for those who sit along the menu wall.

I personally think outdoor is rather stuffy and not so comfortable as compare to indoor. Unless we are at 4 season country else I always opt for indoor seats.Well, can’t blame anyone as their business are too good so getting a table is consider lucky.

My great morning shall begin with Affogato, a shot of espresso top wit a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Espresso is bitter enough to opened up my eyes and vanilla ice cream sweetened my heart. Perfect for to kick start my Sunday!

Pui Mun order a cup of Cappuccino. I took a sip, it was aromatic and I love the coffee art!Beautiful!!

We both order Big Breakfast but with different combination. The portion is really big and enough to keep you full until late afternoon.

I was flattered after the first bite of the sausage! It reminds me on those sausage i have every morning during my study in UK. The sausage fill with solid meats unlike those frozen sausage only mince of meat and flour mixture.

The Sautéed Portobello is superb.. Juicy and chewy…Omg i love it so much to a point that even I'm so full already I still chew down every single slice. The fluffy scramble egg is chessy and milky! Perfect texture!

There's also an Antipodean at Jalan tun Razak, Menara tan & tan that serves the same menu and is less crowded so you can avoid queuing next time. =)

Abby: The price range from 25++ to 35++ If not mistaken my Big Breakfast cost RM 29!
Hubby likes the pancakes there. I like the beetroot and nut salad.
