Already heard about the fine quality of their meat Katsu, the main highlights here. It's kinda obvious from the restaurant name right??

Only got the chance to visit last Thursday during lunch time with my colleague. We were greeted well by the waiter and being seated on a two pax table.  The menu was short and simple,  within a minute i settle with Chicken Katsu + Hire Katsu + Rosu Katsu Zen, Rm 32.

Hire is pork fillet while Rosu is pork loin in Japanese. My Katsu set come wit slice cabbage, tofu, pickled vegetables miso soup and rice.

Waiter come over to our table to pour the tea to our tiny little cup. Green Tea was quite tasteless to me..

Something attracts me,  the bottle of sesame to mix with the sweet sauce for katsu dipping.

The huge portion of Katsu arrived in front of me. The Breaded Tender Chicken Katsu cut in thick slices.  The surface is smooth and the center is so juicy. On the other side the pork loin is more chewy and tougher. Pork fillet is equally good. With a dip into the sesame sweet sauce it gives a lil sweet and salty flavor mixture.

The Katsu (Japanese bread crumbs) that wraps around the chicken breast,  pork fillet and pork loin is very crispy and crunchy, even left aside for quite sometime. Awesomeness in every bite!!!

Well the best part is not the Katsu BUT the Balsamic Salad Dressing pour on top of the slice cabbage. Chewing the cabbage is like chewing a crisp apple slices with splash of water in my mouth. I would lick all the remaining salad dressing on my plate if i am alone that moment... YeS it is really that good!! I never like balsamic vinegars but this is exceptionally good!! To my surprise the cabbage is refillable!!

I can taste every single white and round grain of rice. Hot and steamy rice is very warming…

Every item here is like customize to suit my taste... The miso soup is another goodness here. Very dense and not too salty with chewy shitake mushroom,  tofu and radish cubes.
