Cindy in Kitchen: Black Pepper Lamb Chop

Two weeks ago, we decided to head to Midvalley for our groceries shopping to get all the materials for our Gala Dinner. We always enjoy the moment of having our lamb chop at the comfort of our own home.

This recipe are very useful especially for those who does not have a whole day the prepare the dinner.  We actually used a lot of ready made material.  Just a merely 10 steps. Simple,  quick and delicious...

Main Ingredients:
1.  Marinated Black Pepper Lamb Chop from JUSCO - 2 Slices
2.  Butter - 1/2 table spoon

Sides Ingredients:
Mashed Potatoes
1.  2 pcs big Potatoes - 2 pcs
2.  Mushroom in can - 1 can
3.  Salt - a dash
4.  Butter - 1/2 table spoon
5.  Brown Sauce Powder - one packet ( I used McCormick)

1.  Assorted salads leaves according to your liking
2.  Thousand Island Sauce


1.  Boil hot water in a pot.

2.  Add salt into the boiling water.
3.  Add on the potatoes and boil with low fire until soft.
4.  Move on to the lamb,  heat up the pan with some butter.

5.  Pan fried the lamb till medium rare based on your liking,  well done is alright too.


6.  Serve he lamb on a plate and drain the water in pot with potatoes .
7.  Mash these potatoes in the pot with potato masher.  Mix the butter in and stir well.

8.  Slice the mushroom.

     Heat up the pan with 1/2 cup of water and pour in the brown sauce powder.


      Add on the slice mushroom into the brown sauce.


  Then pour the mushroom brown sauce on top of the mashed potatoes.

9.  Wash the salad leaves and cut to your preferred size.  Serve on the side of the plates and add sufficient amount of Thousand Island Sauce.

10.  Lastly,  add on a bottle of wine to drink along.


Whola…that whole night we enjoy every single bites of the lamb and slowly sip in the red wine…I wish that night will never end…
